Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cooked Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
- 6 calamata olives, pitted, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Dash ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Let rest for one hour to overnight and allow flavor to develop.
